In Rockingham, Feb. 8, John Franklin Wiley, 73, a veteran of Company I, 3d (sic) Vermont regiment.

J. A. Smith was in Bellows Falls Tuesday and Wednesday of this week in the pension claim of Mrs. John F. Wiley, whose husband died February 8, after a long illness. He was a member of Co. I, 3d (sic) Vt. Vol. Inf.
