Obituary

ARNOLD E. CARR DIED THIS MORNING

Arnold E. Carr of Parker avenue died early this morning at the family home where he lived with his son, Robert Carr and family. He was 84 and had been in failing health for some time. Mr. Carr was one of the few remaining St. Johnsbury veterans of the Civil War. His daughter, Mrs. John Darling of Oaks Bluffs, Mass., is on her way to St. Johnsbury. Funeral arrangements will be made on the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Darling.
