Obituary

John Ariel, a civil war veteran, who died in the Soldiers' Home in Bennington in his 80th year, last Wednesday, was brought to Brandon Friday morning on the 11 a. m. train and the funeral was at the home of Samuel Bacon on Grove street Saturday. Interment at Salisbury. Mr. Ariel was a brother of Mrs. Bacon.
