Obituary

Brevet Captain Charles F. Rockwell, Ordnance Department United States Army, son of W. H. Rockwell, Esq., of Brattleboro, a young man with many friends and of much promise, died at Washington, D.C., Nov. 13, of typho-malarial fever.
