Roger J. Ela died Monday, Nov. 26, aged 57 years. The funeral was held at his late home on the Thursday following. He left a widow, a brother, a sister, and other relatives to mourn their loss. Mr. Ela moved from South Boston to Barnard some three or four years ago and purchased of Parker Clark, the farm where he died. By his death, Barnard loses a good citizen.
