Samuel A. Giles, a well known resident of this town and a veteran of the civil war, passed away at the home of his daughter in South Woodstock last week Friday. Burial in Windsor by the side of his wife. He leaves a son, W. H. Giles, of Windsor, a daughter, Mrs. Sawyer, of South Woodstock.
