Nathan Bishop

Wednesday about one o'clock, Mr. Nathan Bishop fell into Howe's pond and was drowned, his body recovered about six o'clock Thursday morning. Mr. B in company with others went to the pond to fish, when the accident happened. He leaves a wife and five children. He was about thirty-five years old.

Nathan Bishop of Readsboro, 30 years old, while intoxicated, engaged in a squabble with Walter Bellows on the shore of a pond, Wednesday of last week, and falling into the water was drowned.
