Green Mountain Civil War Round Table |
The Green Mountain Civil War Round Table, founded in March 1993, is open to anyone who has an interest in the American Civil War.
The GMCWRT meets for the purpose of acquiring from members, and from others, a deeper and broader knowledge and understanding of the ACW. In so doing, to embrace the pleasures of good fellowship and enlightening camaraderie.
We encourage all who enjoy informative presentations, challenging discussions, and are interested in supporting ACW Battle Field site preservation to become active and participating members.
Membership ranges from the practiced enthusiast to the armchair novice, all wanting to learn more about this fascinating time in our nation's history. The GMCWRT is a non profit organization dependent entirely on membership dues and contributions to support our group programs and our newsletter, The Camp Griffin Gazette.
A portion of our dues and fund raising proceeds are donated for ACW battlefield preservation.
Check out our most recent newsletter for dates and times of upcoming events.
