Well I guess that you will think that I am writing enough but I was examined today and expect to be sent to the front tomorrow next day and I do not want you to write till you hear from me again. You tell will and Ed Hutchings the same. I am all right as par as heard from. I sent you a return ticket to Montpelier. I want you to put it in my tin trunk and keep it till I get back as soon as you get my next letter, I want you to set right down and answer. Do not be surprised if you do not hear from me again for some time. Please give my best respects to (long list of people) and everyone that inquires. This with respects from, Your Brother
